Log in to the administration area of your existing site (the site you\u2019re moving <strong>from)<\/strong>, if you aren\u2019t already.<\/p>\n<p>2. Select \u201c<strong>Plugins &gt; Add New<\/strong>\u201d from the left side menu.<\/p>\n<p>3. Search for \u201c<strong>All in one WP Migration<\/strong>\u201d in the top right hand search field, then click \u201cInstall Now\u201d when you find the\u00a0 correct plugin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51 size-full alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/westerndeal.com\/westerndeal-new\/client\/westerndealpost\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1151\" height=\"452\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. Click \u201cActivate\u201d to turn on the plugin.<\/p>\n<p>5. After the plugin has run, <strong>click the button in the pop-up window to download your file<\/strong>. The file that downloads will end in an extension <code>.wpress<\/code>. Repeat steps 1-4 on your new WordPress install that\u2019s supported by your new host. (In short, make sure you have the\u00a0plugin installed on the receiving site.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>9.<strong>\u00a0On your new WordPress site (the <em>to<\/em>\u00a0one), select \u201cImport\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0under the menu for \u201cAll in One WP Migration\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>10. Once the file has finished importing, click \u201cContinue\u201d. Once you receive confirmation that that your import has been successful, logout of your dashboard, then log back in. On the left side menu, select\u00a0<strong>\u201cSettings &gt; Permalinks\u201d, then click \u201cSave Changes\u201d<\/strong>.
